Requirements

Honours Degree (essential)
-
Master’s Degree or studying towards a Master’s (advantageous)
-
2–3 years lecturing experience
-
Experience teaching Education modules at tertiary level
-
Experience in Foundation Phase teaching (all subjects)

Exposure to research activities, conferences, or academic publications advantageous
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Excellent organizational and time management ability
-
Proven ability to teach effectively using reflective practices
-
Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work proactively and independently

Passion for student engagement and customer service

Experience using technology to enhance learning advantageous
Responsibilities
Lecturing and Academic Delivery
-
Lecture across relevant programmes and delivery modes.

Conduct assessments, marking, and provide constructive student feedback.

Moderate assessment scripts where required.
