Q2: Where is your office located?

Answer:  We operate as a digital-first consultancy to provide seamless, accessible support to schools across the African region without geographical barriers.

Q3: What makes ScholaEdu Job Board different from a regular job board? 

Answer: Unlike passive job boards, we encourage a minimum salary threshold for all roles to attract premium talent and protect educators. We also combine recruitment with a dedicated consulting arm to help schools build person-independent systems.

Q4: How does the recruitment subscription work? 

Answer: We offer flexible plans designed to fit your school’s hiring cycle. You can choose from Monthly, Quarterly (Termly), Half-Year, or Annual subscription tiers. These plans offer unlimited job postings on our portal for the duration of the subscription.

For schools with occasional needs, we also offer a Single-Post option for individual vacancies.

Q5: What happens if I subscribe in the middle of an academic term? 

Answer: Our Quarterly plans are aligned with the academic calendar (e.g., April – July). If you join mid-term, your unlimited access remains active until the end of that specific term. For very late entries, we recommend our Monthly Plan or Single-Post option.

Q6: Do you screen the candidates for us? 

Answer: The standard subscription covers Job Posting only. If you require candidate screening and shortlisting, this is available as a specialized add-on service where we verify experience and assess alignment with your budget.

Q7: What is the 360° Recruitment Solution? 

Answer: This is our end-to-end service where ScholaEdu manages the entire hiring process, from sourcing and interviews to preliminary reference checks, handing over only the most suitable candidates to you for a final decision.

Q8: Does ScholaEdu guarantee I will get a job? 

Answer: We provide extensive exposure to a wide range of roles and organizations, offering you the diverse options needed to select a career path that aligns with your goals. While we provide the platform and opportunities, final hiring decisions rest with the schools.

Q9: What is a Professional CV Review? 

Answer: Our team reviews your CV using clear industry criteria to ensure it meets the expectations of premium schools. We focus on removing AI-enhanced vocabulary and highlighting your leadership potential.

Q10: Is there a cost for jobseekers to use the platform? 

Answer: Registration and searching for jobs are free. Specialized services, such as Professional CV Reviews or Career Coaching, attract a standard professional fee.

Q11: How are consulting fees determined?

Answer:  Because we believe in tailored solutions, consulting fees are custom-quoted based on your institutional scale (student and staff population), location, and operational complexity.

Q12: Do you offer discounts for long-term partnerships? Yes. To support sustainable growth, all follow-up engagements or additional training sessions within the same academic year attract a 20% loyalty discount on the professional fee.
