Minimum requirements:
- Master's degree in business management
- Evidence of studying towards a PhD will be an added advantage.
- Competence and/or demonstrated potential in communicating knowledge and facilitating teaching and learning in a lecture, seminar, tutorial and/or practical or laboratory environment; and in assessment practices (including online assessment practices); coupled with a potential to undertake research.
- Potential to undertake administrative responsibilities at departmental level.
- Sound interpersonal skills.
- Satisfactory teaching performance, commensurate with the nature of the post to which the applicant was previously appointed.
- Ability or potential to supervise research at Honours level and/ or Master’s level to develop research capacity.
- Service to the University either at departmental or institutional level.
- Community engagement activity.
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook.
- Good English speaking, reading, and writing capability.
Preferred working experience:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience of teaching in Business Management and Cooperatives Management.
- Scholarly publication / Conference presentation with evidence of Conference proceedings
- Experience in using Moodle, Blackboard or any online teaching experience.
