Qualifications and Requirements

1. B.Ed. / B.Sc. in Guidance and Counselling. Psychology. Educational Psychology or a related field.
2. Professional certification or registration with a recognised counselling body is an added advantage. 2-3 years of relevant counselling experience, preferably in an educational institution.
3. Good understanding of student counselling, career guidance and psychosocial support.
4. Ability to counsel students on academic, personal, career and social matters. Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
