The Instructional Designer is responsible for the pedagogical quality, curriculum design, and learning experience of all Short Learning Programmes (SLPs), micro-credentials, and articulation pathways offered by the Centre. This role ensures that all programmes are designed to meet the highest academic standards, align with the Council on Higher Education (CHE) requirements, and deliver engaging, effective learning experiences suited to adult learners in the South African context. The Instructional Designer serves as the pedagogical anchor of the Centre, working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), facilitators, and academic leadership to translate subject matter expertise into coherent, stackable, and market-ready learning offerings.

Minimum Requirements:
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Studies or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or educational technology in higher education or executive education
