As the Senior Program Manager, you will oversee programme execution, stakeholder engagement, and operational planning while ensuring successful delivery of strategic educational initiatives and projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead programme planning, implementation, and monitoring across multiple workstreams.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, partnerships, and programme activities.
- Oversee budgets, reporting, and programme performance tracking.
- Coordinate project timelines, procurement activities, and resource allocation.
- Prepare programme reports and ensure effective documentation of activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in programme or project management.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
