Oversee the operations and all services for the students, staff, and families at the Centre.
Oversee curriculum development.
Assure that all students receive their services.
Coordinate and supervise all staff.
Coordinate students’ assessments
Manage resources and budgets.
Ensure compliance with federal and local regulations.
Research and apply for grants and support for the foundation.
Work closely with and foster a positive and effective relationship with staff, families and the community.
Plan, organize and direct variety of programs, projects and activities related to special education and support programs including activities for disabilities awareness.
Maintain a safe and conducive learning and teaching environment.
Develop and implement policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Must have a University Degree.
Have organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have teaching and/or Special Education experience.
Have knowledge in areas of Behavior Intervention.
Must have the ability to work independently without supervision.
