Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy Content and Marketing Officer who thrives in a start-up environment. You will lead our content-first growth strategy, building a community from the ground up while driving institutional partnerships through high-value resources. If you are passionate about launch-phase projects, ScholaEdu is the right fit.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage a Knowledge Hub.
• Own our weekly newsletter and execute campaigns to drive newsletter sign-ups.
• Grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp.
• Create content that attracts both educators (B2C) and schools (B2B).
• Optimize content for SEO to increase organic traffic to the job board 
• Support onboarding of employers through content and outreach.
• Track and analyze marketing performance (traffic, engagement, conversion rates) 
• Use data to refine targeting and messaging strategies

Requirements

• 1+ year(s) experience in digital marketing or content creation.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to humanize professional education topics.
• Proficiency in Canva, Email Marketing, and Social Media management.
• A "start-up" mindset—ready to build systems from the ground up.
