Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective schools and educational institutions.
- Promote ScholaEdu Jobs' recruitment and vacancy advertising solutions.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Convert prospects into paying customers and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular activity reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Experience working with schools or educational institutions is an added advantage.
