About Us

ScholaEdu Jobs is Africa's leading education-focused recruitment platform, connecting classroom talents with school leadership. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to help expand our employer network and drive vacancy postings across schools and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective schools and educational institutions.
  • Promote ScholaEdu Jobs' recruitment and vacancy advertising solutions.
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Convert prospects into paying customers and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular activity reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Experience working with schools or educational institutions is an added advantage.
