* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related discipline (a postgraduate qualification is an advantage).
* Proven experience teaching A' Level/IB Psychology with a strong record of student success.
* Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for teaching and mentoring young adults.
* Must reside within the Lekki–Epe axis.
