The Head of School will provide strategic, academic, and operational leadership across the whole school, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and pastoral care. Reporting to the Board, the Head of School will champion Millfield's vision and values, drive school improvement, and maintain a safe, inclusive and vibrant learning environment.
Job Overview
The Head of School will provide strategic, academic and operational leadership, ensuring the continued growth and success of the school. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of the Cambridge International Curriculum, foster a culture of excellence, inspire staff and students, and build strong partnerships with parents and the wider school community. The Head of School will be expected to drive continuous school improvement, maintain high academic standards, oversee curriculum delivery from Primary through Secondary, and ensure successful preparation and administration of Cambridge Checkpoint and IGCSE examinations.
